PJO/HoO- On a Pretty Auspicious Day
Summary: Frank and Hazel pull off a Chinese wedding at Grandma Zhang's request.
(Of course, customs and traditions are different for every family, so this is just from what I've observed from my family.)
The day seemed auspicious enough. The Zhang Mansion, which had been painstakingly restored after the war with Gaea was the designated ceremony location. Hazel was in a dressing room where Piper and a bunch of her siblings from both camps had been working on her appearance for the past two hours. The future wife of the praetor of New Rome had to look her best on her big day, after all.
"Oh my gods Hazel," Annabeth muttered, as she and Reyn

PJO/HoO- Valentine's Requiem
Summary: Nico and Will have a slightly different Valentine's experience.
Nico's mouth was pulled back in a grimace as he made his way across the camp green, trying to stay as low as possible. Pink, red and white streamers were strung from cabin to cabin, with heart-shaped balloons tied at intervals, courtesy of the Aphrodite cabin. Nico hated the Cupid decorations the most. Even the Ares cabin was semi-decorated. Many, especially new, younger campers, were surprised Clarisse had allowed it, but the older campers knew it had to do with Silena. Baskets of multi-coloured flowers were displayed outside the Demeter cabin, with a large sign in fr
Summary: Silena always thought Aphrodite was all about universal love, and not just romantic love. But Drew saw it differently. Aphrodite was the goddess of love, beauty and lust. She wasn't Eirene, goddess of peace. Breaking hearts was what Drew did. But then there was Lee Fletcher.
Drew crouched by the corner of the Aphrodite cabin, her multi-coloured eyes surveying the silent camp. The fire at the hearth was still flickering but the goddess Hestia was not there. A sliver of moon hung in the star-streaked sky overhead. Drew strained her ears for sounds of any movement, particularly harpies. She picked up on the occasional roars of monster

"Smile!"
Cameras flashed as Percy threw an arm around Annabeth and leaned in to kiss her, taking off his mortarboard. The other students whooped and catcalled but Percy and Annabeth, lost in the moment, ignored them. Sally smiled, wiping a stray tear from a corner of her eye as Paul put an arm around her waist. Next to her, Dr. Frederick Chase stood with his wife and sons, looking on with approval.
"I did it, mom!" Percy said, pumping a fist in the air as he made his way back to Sally. "Can you beli

Nico glanced out of the classroom window, sunlight streaming through and warming his skin. Nico wished the teacher would allow him to pull the curtains as the warmth was becoming extremely distracting. All Nico could think about was a certain son of the sun god.
"Nico di Angelo!" Nico jumped at the sound of his name, his head whipping round to face the English teacher, and half the class, who were looking at him expectantly. The teacher tilted her head slightly, a sign that she had asked him a question and he had failed to listen, as usual.
"Uh... I'm sorry, I didn't really... catch that." Nico grimaced slightly. Half the class

"So, how's high school?"
Nico jumped at the sound of his door opening all of a sudden, and turned in his chair to see Will Solace striding in as though he owned the place. Will had donned his Surf Barbados t-shirt and wore a pair of Hawaiian-themed shorts. His golden blonde hair was slightly ruffled, and he looked as though he had just rolled out of bed. A red tint stained Nico's cheeks, and he turned his back on the son of Apollo.
Will peered over his shoulder. "Homework?"
Nico bent forwards a little, hoping his form would cover his homework, which he was pretty sure was completely filled with incorrect answers. "How does one

Piper wasn't sure what to make of the blank half of the room and the untouched bed opposite hers. She had set up her side- pictures of her father, Jason and the rest of the seven had been tacked on the wall. She wanted to sit back and finally relish her first hour of not having to worry at all about any monster attacks before she went to find Jason, but she wouldn't like being interrupted by her roommate, who could walk in at any moment. At the same time, she could possibly be having the room to herself, and that could perhaps get a little lonely.
The window of Piper's dorm room at Mercury College, University of New Rome looked o
